HILLSBORO, Texas, July 4.4 Fred Akins, 44, died here last night of gunshot wounds received June 28 The shooting was said to have followed an argument after an automobile accident. Deputy Sheriff Will Littlefield filed a charge of murder against W. OT. MccIntyre and district at torney’s office said the grand jury, now in process, would be recalled to study the case.
