Women's SlayerSentenced To Life*In a 19-page confession,FAIRFAX (AP) - Montie Rissell, the I8-year-old high-school dropout who admits he killed five women, was sentenced VIonda to life in prison for the murder of Ursula Miltenberger.Fairfax County Circuit CourtJames Keith stipulated that this sentence is to run concurrently with four life terms Rissell received Tuesday for four similar murders in AlexandriaRissell, who will be eligible for parole in 20 years, showed no emotion as Keith handed down the sentence.Rissell had told police that Miss Miltenberger, 22, had picked him up “because she was almost out of gas and she might need my help.Rissell pushed her car into a gas station, drank sodas with Miss Miltenberger while as was pumped into the car, then forced her to drive to a field where he raped her twice and then stabbed her to death.Police traced the youth through fingerprints left on the trunk and bumper of Miss Miltenberger’scar.
