Among other interesting features of i uthe programme, is the following: j r, Address of welcome by Prof. Garst, of Otterbein University, to be re- 0sponded to by Col. I. Alexander, I cof the 46th, and Col. Innis, of the L 133rd. The annual address will be j delivered by Prof. Walter Q. Scott 1 and Hon. W. S. Furay, to be followed i! by dinner, toasts and other interesting j | exercises on the College Campus.I There is expected a large turn-out ^ and an interesting occasion.
