2 MEN SIGN FOR REGULAR ARMYMr. Jackie W. Flannery son of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Flannery of Olive Hill signed into the RegularArmy and left Wednesday for Fort Knox for examination for the Regular Army.Mr. Flannery stated as the main reason for signing into the Regular Army is for the educational benefits offered by the G. I. Bill ofRights to all discharged service men.Mr. Louis E. James, son of the late Charlea James. Mr. James left with Mr. Flannery for Fort Knox for examination and after passing examination will be sworn into the Regular Army.Mr. James stated as the main reason for his signing into the Regular Army is for the benefits offered by the G. I. Bill of Rights.These men will be entitled to upto five years of schooling in the school of their choice after discharge and living expenses of $65.-! 00 a month without dependants or J $90.00 a month if their are any de-, pendents. This is in addition to their tuition being paid for by the Government.
