H. Cangbey, bhd *the local by Mr* Sidney Kelsey. 'The paperis to be an evening one* and the office is tobe located in the second and third stories of*the Noble block. It is intended to make it the special exponent of the Radical party inthe county, and to render its success more certain, the assurance is given that It will be the organ; of no clique whatever.
