Crrichtin, of St. Lawrence county,; and Robt, E Wilpole, ofCaypga county, hasmade an order discharging the ralations from military’ service, and gives the opinion that Boards of Enrollment, having once decided in favor of the claim of a drafted man to be exempt from military service, cannot revoke or review such decision, or compel the man to submit his claims a second time to the board.Judge Hall, in the cases of minors enlisted without the consent of parents, brought before him on Jial'eas corpus, has made an order discharging them, five in number, T om service. These originated in Orleans i and Monroe counties, and were argued byS. E* Church,of Rochester.
