I*e, Phlppsburg, arrived in Bath Wed- *nesday afternoon and stayed here at *night, leaving on the morning train t today for Waterville to attend the * annual reunion of the 21st Maine s regiment Thursday. \There were many Bath men in this r regiment, a company of which was j formed in this city.
