Drafted Men and Members Of Exemption Boards in Line March,The parade formed at the old postoffice building and marched south on Royal to Government to hVanklln to Dauphin and to the square. Heading the column was Walter Olive \\ alker, one of the drafted men, carrying a large American flag, loaned for the occasion bv the Mobile Typographical t nion. All of the drafted men carried flags and were followed in the order of parade by Chairman George B. Toulmin of the count exemption board. Dr. Charles A. Mohr, of City Division No. I: Elliott G Rick-arbv, of City Division No. 2. and Chairman Joel W.
