Paul Caseiman of Mead-ville, who returned to the statesrecently after three years of foreignservice, received his honorable discharge from service at Ft. Leavenworth on September 14 and he is with relatives at Meadville now’. Caseiman, discharged with 9$points, was a technician fifth grade.Kis campaign record includes, Papua, New Guinea and the Southern Philippines: his decorations, the Philippines Liberation Ribbon with star, a Bronze Arrowhead, and the ribbon signifying the Good Conduct medal.Caseiman was a registrant at Chinook, Montana. He enlisted in the Army at Missouia. Mont. onFebruary 10. 1942.
