Promotion for Charles McLainCharles McLain, a son of Mo*, and Mrs. G. A. McLain, of Indiana, who has been in the Philippines for several years, -has again been promoted. Mr. McLain had been treasurer of the Tayabas at a salary of $2500 and has lately been advanced to the treasure-| ship of Iloilo, the second in size in the group with an increase of $500 in the salary. Next March he will get a furlough of six months and will come to the United States for a visit.
