Watkins and Others.11iiDELECTABLE DINNER SERVEDThe ex-Confcderatc Reunion in Harrison last Friday and Saturday was one of the most interesting gatherings of the car. In the neighborhood of a hundred old soldiers participated in the meeting and enjoyed thoroughly all of its features.The first day was given to the welcome address by Judge B. B. Hudgins and speeches by Messrs. B. M. Estes, W. S. Allen, G P. Watkins and others. Picnic dinner was enjoyed on the ground, and at night the Camp in a body enjoyed “The Battle of Gettysburg” at the Lyric Theatre.The morning of the second day a parade was made, ending with an automobile ride about the city.After this a photograph was made of the Camp in a body, standing on ,'J and around the north steps of the court house.In the afternoon addresses were made by fudge E. G. Mitchell, Trov Pace,'Mrs. Minnie Helm and others. Mrs. Harvey Lewis read an original poem—a tribute to those who wore the G.ray, and the Daughters of the Confederacy, led by Mrs. J. E. Andrews and Misses Nona and Inez Williford, sang “Maryland, My Maryland. ”
