Army Provides New VacanciesOpenings and new assignments for young men, ages 18 and 19, in the infantry, cavalry, coast artil- : lery, field artillery, air corps, armored force, engineers’ corps, signal corps and parachute .troops, were announced today by Sgt. James W. Iverson, local army recruiter.Change in the age limit for the army air corps was set recently at ’ 18 to 50, Sgt, Iverson stated.Enlistment of the following was also announced today: - Walter’ I. Baker, 20, son of Mr. and Mrs.’ Russell Baker, Ogden; Keith R. McFarland, 19, son of Mr. and Mrs. James L. McFarland, Ogden; Earl D;- Hymas, 28, husband of Mrs. Villa Hymas, Ogden; Preston J. Garn, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dan Garn, Fielding; Norman B. Toone, 21, son of L. S. Toone, Croyden.
