r i J. C. Duncan Has Some Rebel FlagsOn Exhibition.J. C. Duncan of the Davenport Business College has three interesting flags on exhibition in his windows, which were captured by the 20th Iowa during the war of the rebellion.The one most highly prized by the regiment is a confederate flag. This flag is red with a blue St. George cross and stars on it. this flag was captured July 4. 1S63 3ft the fall of Vicksburg when the confederate army surrendered. The man who took it carried it all that day wrapped about his body under his blouse to keep the flag from being sent to Washington. The regiment will hold its re-union ia this city the 21st and 22d icst. and this flag will of coarse be much prized.The other flags are one .the well known South Carolina palmetto flag the other the regular stars and bars of the confederacy. These flags were hauled down from the residence of a South Carolinian when the regiment entered Mobile in May 1S65.Since their capture the flags hare been in custody of Willard Baker at Rock Island.w! —
