A Q. 11 11Wo the undersigned taxable citizens and busi-ness men of Galva ask the honorable board of said village to stop the erection of any more corn cribs on the square of the C B (J,. It K. as it endangers our business propcr.y and makes our insurance higher on account oi cribs being so near our buildings which when empty ere liable to be set on llrc by tramps or other vlllianous men or boys. We iuithcrmore ask that you have Messrs 13 Jwon Riggins remove the cribs now standing in front of Butlers Obcr'a so that the C B Q R. R. can widen the crossing in .‘ront of Butters Ober'a three hundred feet so it will g.vc any ono driving a team, room to sec tho cars cither way aud thereby avoid any danger in crossing said R. R , or require that said company keep and maintain a flagman at said crossing as required by the statute.
