Letter Finally DeliveredBELLEFONTE. Pa., Sept. 14 (A P».—A letter mailed 45 years ago! has finally reached Capt. E. R. Taylor. Taylor said ti e letter was sent him while he was in a camp during j the Spanish-Ainerican War, but was given to a Kane soldier by mistake. The other soldier forgot the message and it lay among his belongings until it was found recently. Then the Kane man located Taylor in Bellefonte and delivered the let- J ter personally. 1
