Winona Lake Camp Nearing CompletionExtensive improvements are being made at Winona Lake in order to meet the goverument’s requirements for a training camp for motor mechanics. Shower baths are being installed in the buildings to be used-ns quarters for the soldiers and a number of other alterations are being made b.v a large force of workmen. It is expected that about 1.500 soldiers will arrive at Winona the tirst of October and later the camp* will be made to accommodate several thousand men.
