Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Reunion at Cincinnati.Cincinnati, O., September 13.—'To-morrow the ] soldiers' and sailors' reunion begins. The Seventh buttery, O.'N. O., is already here, with four twelve-poundcrs. One gun is stationed at each hill-top. viz: the Highland House. Lookout House, Bellorue House and Price’s Hill, and will be used in tiring salutes at- sunrise, sunset and 11 p. ;»i., during the three days of the reunion. To-night a number of Mexican veterans arrived from Louisville. There are n.any individual arrivals already, and the morning trains will bring many more. A reception will be hold at the Chamber of Commerce, but the formal speeches will be made at the camp in the afternoon.
