Colored Boys In Line.The colored soldiers formed the vanguard of the parade. Looking neat and trial, they^vere a credit to themselves and were given hearty applause all along the line of march- Afier ihc parade they were given a chicken dinner iu the basement of Metropolitan A,~M, Id. Church, served by a committee headed by Mrs. Mary E. Rhodes.At night Frederick at reel was roped off from Decatur to Linden and the soldiers and their friends danced in the music furnished .by Prof. Cromwell’s and Prof. Snowden's orchestras and the South.End Rand until the wen hours ot the morning.The foiloiving soldiers were the ex-service men who were honored:Charles Preston, Nelson Denson, Wade Brewer, CliaVles Toliver;'Albert Taylor* William Smith, Walter Pope, James Coker. Carl Fisher, Carroll Davis. Aaron Howard, Charles Waters and William Howard.The Y. M. C. A. had two wagon loads of cold drinks distributed at the City Hail under direction o£ several overseas secretaries.
