COLONEL OF 20th REGIMENT.A dispatch was received here this afternoon from Indianapolis, which gives the authentic information that Sion S. Bass, has been appointed and Commissioned Colonel of this Reg-imcnt, by Gov, Morton Now that this is so we concur with the prevailing sentiment—that he will make a good, a brave, and popular Colonel. Camp Allen needs the services of a Col. vested with full authority.
