Qoforth, 1026 Sunset Terrace.I The Amarillo staff sergeant about a month ago was reported missing in action June 16, while on his 26th mission as a radio technician aboard an aircraft.Change of the notice from “missing in action to “killed in actionwas based on Information supplied to the War Department by the International Red Cross.Richard D. Goforth was a graduate of Amarillo High School and attended Amarillo College. He was an active member of the Young People's Department of Polk Street Methodist Church.Besides the parents, the surviving relatives are two brothers, Don o!
