People inThe Servicec1IErik W. Olsen, son of Mrs. Alma Olsen, 1228 Ruth, has enlisted in the Marine Corps, M. Sgt. D. G. McClellan of the Kennewick Recruiting Station advises.Pvt. Olsen moved to Walla Walla from Brooklyn, N.Y. four years ago and graduated from Wa-Hi in 1953. He was a member of the National Guard here three years prior to enlisting in the Marine Corps.After being sworn-in at Seattle,Pvt. Olsen was flown to San Diego where he will undergo 10 weeks of recruit training.(!Jtt1
