A member of the latest class of aviation cadets graduated from the new Columbus, Miss., army j flying school was Clark E.Hughes, 25, son J of Mr. and Mrs.! E. T. Hughes of Omaha, He was commissioned a j second lieutenant in the armyair forces. *'*• E- Hunhf*.Lieutenant Hughes entered pilottraining May 11, and attendedschools at Virden, Manitoba, and Greenville, Miss., before his graduation at the advanced flying school near Columbus, Miss. He received his primary training with the Royal Canadian air force.
