The Department of Iowa is quartered in Parlor “E.,” and with it came Commander C. F. Bailey, Senior Vice Commander P. H. Lenon. Junior Vice Commander Good-! win and J. B. Milliman, Lieutenant-Governor of Iowa. Owing to the breaking of a picton rod of the engine the post did not arrive as early as was expected. The Woman's Relief Corps of Iowa and the Ladies. of the G. A. R., Department of Potomac,, are also quartered at the Colon-: nade. . _
