Hats:— •[Dear Sir:—Owing to the excitement caused by the late murder of John Clark in your town, and the many matters; that may be brought in question, I thought I would send you acopy ot the company officialrecords of James Ijb Clark, brother of* *deceased, while a soldier of the late• • * 9war.
