Home Again.*'—Capt. George Austin of this city, for the past thirteen months a prisoner among the rebels, having been exchanged, arrived at his home yesterday afternoon.A number of our citizens met him at therailroad depot in Jeffersonville and escorted him to this city. Capt Austin suffered incredible hardships during his prison life in the South, notwithstanding which he is looking in excellent health.
