Witscll of the War Department certifying the death of his son, First Lieutenant Henry C. Clark.Lieutenant Clark was rej;artcd missing in action August 15 1944, from a mission to Wiesbaden, Germany, He was a crew member of a B-17 last known to be in the vicinity of BitburgT Germany, when the formation was attacked by enemy aircraft,Clark, a graduate of Dobyns-Bcn-nctt High School, had been overseas only two months when he -was reported^ missing.
