His only letter to his family, Mrs, A' H. Giesecke, 203 .Myrtle, anti his wife and 12-year-old son, 323 W. Grarnerey Place, was received before hostilities began. Capt. Gus M, Froebel, field artillery company com man tier, is also interned in the Philippines. He too was captured with the fall of Bataan and his mother, Mrs. Gus M.
