# •Bicentennial flag presentation setPrU.S. Son. John Tower will bring Wichita Falls’ official bicentennial flag here and be guest .speaker for its presentation Nov. 6 at Municipal Auditorium, according to the festival subcommittee of the city's Bicentennial Commission.DR. I). L. LIGON of Midwestern University will preside over ceremonies which will includeintroduction of Mayor Max 1 Kruger and commission president Dr. Arthur Beyer. Mrs. Carter McGregor and Joe Ca-rigan will accept the flag on behalf of the city.Sheppard AFB. MU, Wichita Falls and Notre Dame High | School bands will play for all those attending the ceremonies beginning at 11:45 a.m.SPECIAL GUESTS will be descendants of city pioneers.
