FT. EUSTIS, Va. - Mark T. Virnig, 23, son of Dr. and Mrs. Mark P. Virnig, Wells, was commissioned ,,n Army second lieutenant upon graduation from Transportation Officer Candidate School at Ft. Eustis, Va., Oct.
