Spring Valley, Maurice Bullard,I Rockford, department chief of staff, j Rockford, sixth district; Anton Shim-| kus, department inspector, Spring Valley; Les Stahl, Blackhawk council! commander, Rockford; Frank Kerr, I commander of the Streator post No. 1492; Harvey J.
