A signal honor came to Dr. Dolph ITumes of Indianapolis, well known here, who is studying brain surgery under French doctors in the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, when asked by the famous Dr. Frazier to take charge of his large hospital in France. Dr. Frazier is one of the instructors under whom Doctor Humes is studying, and it was in this way that he became ae- * qua in ted with Dr. Humes’s marked ^ ability as a neurologist. |Dr. Huiqp has not consented to jj take charge of the- hospital for it ^ would mean making his home in France permanently and his family jVf moving there.
