James Lockhead Succumbs At 86James J Lockhead. 86, 818 Prytania Ave., died of complications at 10:22 p. m. Tuesday in Fort Hamilton Hospital. He had been ill six months and hospitalized for six weeks.Mr. Lockhead aws born in Lynn, Mass., Aug. 20. 1877, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lockhead. He was educated in the schools of that city and came to Hamilton in 1923.Married In 1909Mr. Lockhead was a member of the First United Church of Christ He enjoyed gardening and the out of doors. A molder. he was employed for 10 years by the H. P. Deuscher Co., retiring 11 years ago. He married Lillian Wais in Cincinnati in 1909.He leaves his wife, Mrs. Lillian Lockhead, Hamilton;a son, James A. Lockhead, Hamilton; other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs. Catherine Smith.Services will be held at 10 a. m. Friday in the Brown-Daw-son Funeral Home, 330 Pershing Ave., with the Rev. Claude W. Kelly, pastor of the First United Church of Christ, officiating.Burial will be in GreenwoodCemeterv.
