STATIC JOLTS B-36Limestone, Oct. 23—(A3)—The Air Force says it probably was a charge of static electriciy that jolted a giant B-36 bomber overLewiston last week. But whatever the cause, it definitely wasn’t either mysterious anti-aircraft fire or fragments of an exploding meteor, according to a statement yesterday by Col. Bertram C. Harrison, commander of the 42nd Bombardment Wing based here.
