OVERCharles Keer, Hinton, who entered the army last February and took his basic training at Sheppard Field, Texas, has been promoted to the rank of corporal, and is now stationed with the 42fith school squadron American Air Forces, Columbus Army Flying School, at Columbus, Mississippi. A brother, Private Edward Keor, is stationed at Camp Edward, Massachusetts.
