They camefor the purpose of determiningwhether there are facilities herefor accommodating the artillery regiment and the artillery reserve officers of the state.To The Citizen the colonel saidthis afternoon that he is agreeably surprised at conditions as he finds them and feels that Captain Geo. T. Rice, in command here, is deserving of great credit for the excellent shape of all the property over which he has jurisdiction. I
