pfc. Elmer P. Watkins, who was seriously wounded on invasion day in France, has returned to active duty with the U. S. Rangers and is again in France and Belgium. He was awardedthe Purple Heart medal and his groupthe “Presidential Unit Citation” fortheir part played in th£ invasion.
