CUSS TOTALS 149Regular Army, Foreign Troops and Cadets Will Take Air TrainingThe class entering the primary Flying School at Randolph Field i ■'•.■ill consist of 4S .Tune graduates of West Point, six other regular army officers, four foreign students and 91 cadets, a total of 149, it was announced at the field Thursday,The six regular army officers include three Air Corps officers with llghter-than-air pilot ratings, Maj.
