CUSS TOTALS 149Regular Army, Foreign Troops and Cadets Will Take Air TrainingThe class entering the primary Flying School at Randolph Field i ■'•.■ill consist of 4S .Tune graduates of West Point, six other regular army officers, four foreign students and 91 cadets, a total of 149, it was announced at the field Thursday,The six regular army officers include three Air Corps officers with llghter-than-air pilot ratings, Maj. William lt;. Butler, who graduated from the Command and General Staff School at Fort Leavenworth, Kan., in June, and Cadets James F, Powell and Robert R. Solway. The other three are Firsf Lieut*. Paul E. Rucstow, Corps of Engineers, and Herbert B. Thatcher, infantry, and Second Lieut. Ross . T. Sampson, infantry.The foreign students ore First Lieut. MaHano P.
