In Service—Honors GraduateEM3 Wayne Snow, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Snow, 601 Edith Ave., was named an honor graduate upon completion of electrician’s mate class A school at Service School Command, Naval Training Center, Great Lakes, 111. Less than 10 per cent of the graduates receive the honor ' rating. Snow, a 1971 Findlay High School graduate, will now spend about eight months in nuclear pow-er school in Orlando, Fla.
