Names of 15 negroes who will j leave here Monday, Oct. 20, to report to the army induction board in Houston were announced today by Draft Board No. 3 Board No. 4 already had announced names of six other negroes to leave the same day.The new list, all volunteers, follows : Robert Williams, 938 Gran-nis, rear; Morris Gums, 508 W.
