Dixie Keefer, former commanding ^officer of the MU. S. navy aircraft carriers; Yorktown and Ticonderoga, will speak at the dedicatory banquet at 7 p. m., Oct. 26, in the Ulini Union. He is at present^ commandant of the first navaldistrict (air) and is \stationed at Quonset Point, R.I.Comd. Gen. Thomas D. White. General White has served in Canal zone, China, Moscow, Italy, Greece and Brazil. ; ,A native of Minnesota, He attended the U. S.
