S. army air forces.A Friday morning message to Mrs. Annie Fisher advised her that First Lieutenant Clarence Fisher is missing after an aerial mission on October 2. in the south Pacific area. The next morning Mrs. George H. Dunn Sr., was advised that her son.S Sgt. George H. Dunn, was missing after a fortress raid over Europe.Lt. Fisher is attached to a fighting group in New Guinea and was recently made a full fledged navigator and promoted to the rank of first lieutenant. S Sgt. Dunn was with the Eighth army air force in England, a gunner on a Fortress.In the absence of definite in formation continued hope for the safety of both young air men is being held.S-Sgt. Dunn was graduated from Bellville high school in 1931. Lt. Fisher in 1939. Each is one of the best known and best liked local men in the serv ice.Tragedy struck the Dunn home on September 13. when Mr. Dunn died suddenly of a heart attack.
