The minuter ot the preceding ineetr ing were read and approved.MEMBERS PRESENT.A. Whetlon,Daniel Glenn,W. II. Black,I. H. Blankenship,Geo. McClaualmn,Harvey McClauahah,W. H. Bious,Richard Day,Geo. W. Place,Joseph Neff,Oliver Loyd,Wm. Leads, IH. A. Day,AIL G. Hunter.Capt. Whedon was chosen President for the ensuing year and Alf. G. Hunter, Secretary.On motion, North Vernon was chosen as the place of meeting, and Oct. 6th, 1881, as time of meeting.: Daniel Glenn, Win. Black, Henry Davis and Lieutenant Allen W. Brownwere appointed a committee of arrangements.On motion, the 6th and 22d Ind. Reg’ts were extended an invitation to meet with us. On motion, the proceedings were ordered to be inserted in the North Vernon and Madison papers.There being no further business the meeting closed in peace and harmonyto meet again at time specified.A.
