A 1950 GRADUATE OF WOODROW WILSON HIGH S( IIOOL, Pvt, Lewis E. Bonnie (left), was selected the •‘Enlisted Aide for the Day” Oct. 6 to Major Gen. Ray E. Porter, commanding general of the 101st Airborne Division and C amp Breckinridge, Kv. He was selected for his outstanding military bearing and efficiency in arms. Following his selection he »at with the general at a welcoming ceremony for Incoming basic trainees and accompanied him on his tour of duty. At the end of the day he submitted a report to the general, giving his views on training and facilities at the post, after which he received a 48-hour weekend pass in recognition of his achievement.
