CLYDE C. SPERRY KILLED SEPTEMBER 15 IN FRANCETechnician (4|g) Clyde C, Sperry, 32, who was killed Sept. 15 in action in France, was formerly employed by the Dye garage in Marion. The son of Mr. and Mrs. i Del Sperry of Dawn, Mo., he entered service in April 1941, and had been overseas since March, He received training in the United States at Camp Claiborne, La., and Camp Barkeley, Texas.He is survived by his wife, the former Madelyn Griffin of Williamsburg; a two-year-old son, JRay; two sisters, Mrs. Lena Willi-ms, Kansas City, Mo., and Cecil Snerry, Oregon, and five brothers, Ivan, Marion; Glenn, Marengo; Hollis, Abilene, Kan.; Lee, Kansas City, Mo., and Pvt, Paul Sperry of Pampa, Texas.
