Hart of Hastings, Neb., formerly of Joplin. A brother, Harold Hart, is serving with the coast guard. A sister, Mrs. Virginia Prince, lives at 410 Division street and another sister, Margaret, in Hastings with her parents.First Lieutenant Herbert J. Hart, 30 years old, of Joplin, has been missing in action, since September 22 in Italy, his wife, Mrs. Theo Hart, 311 North Pearl avenue, was informed yesterday.An infantry company commander, Lieutenant Hart was serving with the Fiftli army. He entered service here in March, 1940, and had been overseas since December, 1943.
