Pa., Colonel Hodgson works fulltime at Fort Indiantown Gap, where he serves as Commandant of the Pennsylvania National Guard Military Academy. As the Commandant, he is responsibleDonna Unangst Is Awarded Master's DegreeDonna J. Unangst was awarded a master’s degree in education from Slippery Rock State College during summer commencement. Mrs. Unangst majored in reading and graduated with a 4.0 grade point average on a 4.0 scale. She graduated with high distinction from The Pennsylvania State University in 1975 where she majored in elementary education.Mrs. Unangst is a first grade teacher and Title I rcariinpfor developing, administrating and evaluating the course curriculums for both the Officer Candidate School and the three levels of Non-Commissioned Officer Schools offered by the Guard. About 400 students participate in the programs annually.Prior to assuming the position of Commandant at the academy, Colonel Hodgson worked for several years as the training officer for the 28th Infantry Division’s Artillery Headquarters, based in Her-shey, Pa. Colonel Hodgson, a 24-year veteran of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard is the recipient of numerous military awards, to include the Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Pennsylvania Meritorious Service Medal and the Pennsylvania Commendation Medal.Colonel Hodgson resides with his wife, Barbara Lee, at 5622 Akron Drive, in Harrisburg They have two children, Bob, 24 and Judy, age 20.
