Humphreys, RL 2, EmporlR, ‘was seriously wounded in action in France on September 2, according to news received from the War department.. Private Humphreys entered the service in October, 1M3 and m-as sent overseas in April of'this year. He was in Co. C, 137t*i Infantry. Before entering the army, he was employed at the Boeing aircraft plant in Wichita.
