Col. Jno. S. Williams of the 0-3d regiment returned from Blackford County last evening. On the arrival of his battalion at Hartford City on yesterday the drafting was made without any further attempts at interruption. Eight of the ringleaders, including tbe sheriff of the County were arrested and a number of others catne forward and agreed to ! surrender themselves up in a day or two and voluntarily accompany the troops here. The latter will remain in Blackford County u. til all of the rioters are arrested.
