WASHINGTON, Oct. 7 hT).—The War department said today it had been unable to locate the emergency addressee, next of kin or beneficiaries of 2nd Lt. William T. Richardson, listed as a prisoner of war, and requested relatives or friends to communicate with the the chief of tne casualty branch, adjutant general’s office, Washington, D. C. !The War department listed this information about Richardson:Formerly a master Sgt. assigned to 701st Ordnance Co. (Avn) sol- i dier apparently commissioned in the Philippine islands.
