RecruitersSign Up 14In SeptemberiTop August Total By Two’ Willi MostEnlisting in RAdn‘SyoXed■sdr,V,W(From Monday’s Eagle)Fourteen men enlisted in the Army and Air Force last month at the local recruiting station to top the August total of 12 by two, it was reported Saturday by Sgt. William L. Cote, commander of the local station. All the enlistees are at Fort Dix, N.J., for reception, processing and indoctrination except Richard F. McKeever, who was sent to Lackland Air Base, San Antonio, Texas. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Patrick J. McKeever of 42 Wellington Avenue.Dominick J. Dascani, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs Dominick Dascani of 71 Circular Avenue, signed for the armored cavalry, and William D. Miller, 17, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wesley Miller of Lenox, signed for the Far Eastern Command. Robert L. Rhode, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs, Paul Hepner of Dalton, enlisted in the Regular Army for twoyears.~ i________ I** - j : - ti. A
